Annika is an Occupational Therapist, with a special interest in chronic pain management and disability management.
Annika has extensive clinical experience in the management of complex chronic conditions and takes a biopsychosocial approach to treatment, where she considers the importance of psychological, emotional, and environmental factors which impact a person's ability to manage and recover from neurological, mental and physical health conditions.
Annika has experience in numerous methods of pain management treatment, including: acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy; trauma informed therapy and somatic experiencing.
Annika has extensive clinical experience managing an extensive array of neurological congenital and degenerative conditions and acquired disabilities.
