We are Unique and We Are Awesome! 😊
We are an employer of choice in an industry where people are commonly burnt out and under-appreciated. We have what we call a ‘work family,’ where all of our staff can feel safe, supported, valued and part of something special. We all contribute to strengthening our already awesome culture.
How are We Different?
We invest in professional development (we offer $2,000 per annum personal CPD budget for full time employees - double the industry standard) and reward our people for outstanding work, loyalty and commitment. We also have fun together - each week we have hang out time, and each quarter the whole company takes the afternoon to do a CPD session (topic voted on by staff) and a fun social activity (also voted on by staff). Check out our 'Fun and Socials' page to see our latest shenanigans!
We're putting the "care" back into 'healthcare' and we're motivated by the desire to optimise quality of life for everyone, through a caring approach combined with exceptional customer service.
We are a completely digital, paperless organisation and we use a range of best practice digital systems and processes. We employ people who reflect our values-based culture. Read about our values.
We support highly flexible workplace practices (all of our Practitioners have the discretion to schedule Patient appointments themselves). You can work from home, or from one of our locations. Body Agility is an equal opportunity employer.
