Body Agility are recruiting for an exceptional Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist to be part of our ‘work family.’ You will be working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Counsellors and Therapy Assistants to support patients in any of our locations and also via mobile services delivery.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Operate as a Speech Pathologist, with a mixed case load, or focusing in the paediatric space, delivering evidence based, innovative and high quality services to private patients and NDIS participants at our clinics, gyms, homes, aged care facilities, etc.

• Work collaboratively to achieve clinical and ‘customer service' excellence.

• Be a part of a diversified and progressive team of experienced clinicians and professionals.

• Receive close and frequent clinical monitoring in the form of one-to-one sessions, shadowing, learning and regular hands on training and practice to refine your assessment and treatment skills.

• Work with clients who enjoy their therapy sessions in community locations such as their homes, schools, daycare facilities, workplaces, etc.

We are seeking a positive, experienced and proactive Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist with highly developed communication and organisation skills, who can ensure that our high quality services are founded on latest evidence based practice, and are delivered in a way that achieves exceptional customer service delivery.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

• Graduates welcome to apply.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Speech Pathologist or

• Minimum 5 years experience for Senior Speech Pathologist role

• Current / unrestricted SPA membership.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and complete tasks on time

• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number

• Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)

• ​Fully COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

• Current WA Working With Children check & NDIS Worker Check

• Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Desirable Selection Criteria

• Experience working in the Disabilities sector

• Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS
