Body Agility are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will be working with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Therapists, other Occupational Therapists and Personal Trainers to support private patients and NDIS Participants both in our clinics, gyms, studios and via mobile services delivery.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Operate as a Senior OT, delivering evidence based, innovative and high quality services to private patients and NDIS participants at our clinics, gyms and at their homes.

  • Work collaboratively to achieve clinical excellence and ‘customer service' excellence

  • Be a part of a diversified and progressive team of experienced professionals

  • Provide clinical skills mentorship and training to other Occupational Therapists as appropriate.

 

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, solution-focused Senior OT with highly developed leadership, communication and organisation skills, who can ensure that our high quality services are founded on latest evidence based practice, and are delivered in a way that achieves exceptional customer service delivery.

Body Agility is a nationally registered NDIS provider of high quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy and personal training. ​We are also registered for Early Childhood Early Interventions, which facilitates a significant paediatric case load, but we also support Patients of all ages. 

Mandatory Selection Criteria

  • Current / unrestricted AHPRA Registration.

  • Excellent leadership skills with track record of leading high performance, collaborative teams

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and complete tasks on time

  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number

  • Police Clearance (no older than 3 months)

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

  • Current WA Working With Children check

  • Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

  • Must have right to work in Australia to apply.

 

Desirable Selection Criteria

  • Experience working in the Disabilities sector

  • Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS
