Body Agility are recruiting for an exceptional Accounts Administrator to be part of our ever growing 'work family' to help us provide exceptional care and customer service for all of our Patients. You will be working with other members of our Customer Service team, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants and Personal Trainers.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Operate as an experienced Accounts Administrator, as an important member of our Customer Service team

About You

We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive person to help us with accounts payable and receivable (including processing invoices and payments through Xero, Cliniko, Medipass & PRODA); bank reconciliations; processing payroll and maintaining personnel records; end of month / year reconciliations and reporting; preparation of management accounting reports; preparation of performance and analytical reports; new systems transition support; audit support; and general administration as required. You will need to be reliable, dynamic, proactive and solutions-focused with good communication, time management and organisation skills.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

  • 3 + years accounts administration experience with ability to prepare monthl management accounting reports, accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, payroll preparation, etc 

  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Xero and MS Suite (Excel in particular)

  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and complete tasks on time

  • Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated Certificate

  • NDIS Worker's Check (required as pre-employment condition)

  • Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

  • Must have right to work in Australia to apply.

  • Versatile and able to work independently and within a small team.

 

Desirable Selection Criteria

  • Experience working in the Disabilities sector

  • Experience in a customer service, reception, or administration role.
