Sam is one of our Senior Speech Pathologists / Speech Therapists, who joined us after working at Wanslea as their Early Childhood Early Intervention Regional Coordinator.
Sam has experience working with patients of all ages, but especially young children (paediatrics / early childhood early interventions), through to aged persons, particularly those with neurological conditions.
Sam has experience supporting Patients with: Aphasia, Dysphagia, Dysphonia / Hypophonia, Motor Speech Disorders (Dysarthria and Apraxia of Speech (AOS)) and can also assist with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) methods and techniques.
Sam can provide assessments and treatments using techniques designed to improve communication, including articulation therapy, language intervention activities, and other methods, tailored to Patient speech disorders or language issues.
Sam delivers holistic and evidence-based clinical services, always looking for novel ways to support individuals and families to achieve their goals, build strong relationships and enable them to reach their full potential.
