Sarah is a compassionate and approachable Counsellor
dedicated to guiding individuals on their life's journey.
Drawing from her own lived experiences, Sarah brings a great depth of knowledge, understanding and empathy to
my professional life. This approach enhances her
ability to connect with and support individuals on their
life’s journey. 

 

Sarah provides thoughtful support, drawing on emotional
intelligence, personal integrity and a commitment to wellbeing. 
​Sarah can assist with:

  • conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), etc.

  • other developmental delays or learning disabilities

  • motivational or decision making issues

  • chronic illnesses or significant pain

  • emotional regulation issues

  • problematic, aggressive or anti-social behaviours

  • are victims of trauma, domestic violence, abuse or neglect

  • anxiety or depression

  • helping people to understand their diagnoses or disabilities

  • developmental, physical, sensory, cognitive or behavioural problems and disabilities

  • learning (remembering, planning, problem solving)

  • play and social skills

  • sensory, behavioural and emotional regulation.

 

Sarah has a deep understanding of how to maximise and enhance quality of life for adults, children and the whole family through compassionate counselling and looks forward to working with you and your family.
