Psychology & Counselling

Body Agility provides psychology & counselling to adults; and through our sister business: Family Agility, we provide counselling for children and young people.

Psychology or counselling can support individuals and families to explore techniques and options for understanding their diagnoses or disabilities, dealing with trauma, managing anxiety or depression, improving behaviours, communication, relationships and social skills and much more.
